Rental terms
THE DURATION OF LEASES IS AT LEAST ONE MONTH FIXED TERM.
A rental guarantee of CHF 2,500.00 to CHF 3,000.00 will be asked of the tenant, depending on the type of accommodation.
Upon signing the lease, the tenant must also pay the following fees:
- Payment of cleaning upon vacation: CHF 54.05
- Administrative fees: CHF 200.00 + VAT
If you are interested in our accommodation, please specify the type of studio desired and provide us with the following documents:
• a copy of the tenant or guarantor’s ID or passport
• a certificate of pre-enrolment or enrolment at a university or school
• a copy of an extract from the debt enforcement register for persons residing in Switzerland for more than 3 months only (tenant and guarantor)
• a copy of the guarantor’s last three payslips (a minimum of EUR 5,000.00 or CHF 5,000.00 net is required)
• the guarantor’s last tax notice

Important: When we are able to offer you accommodation meeting your criteria, we will contact you with a proposal.
